We do not offer a truly online application at this time. Our applications must be completed as hardcopy due to the supporting documentation and signatures required. However, you may enter all application information directly into the PDF forms on-screen rather than handwriting all entries. You can then print the document for your mailed application packet.
The fee for application to KU is $60 for all degree programs in the School of Allied Health, including all programs offered by the KU Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science.
Tuition and fee information for KU students is updated annually at the Office of the Registrar Web site. (Please note: Residency status is determined by the KUMC Registrar's Office. Tuition and fees are set by the Kansas Board of Regents and are subject to change without notice)
It is expected that the equivalent of at least three years of full-time study will be needed to fulfill all requirements for a PhD in Rehabilitation Science.
The Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required for any international student who applies for acceptance into our program. Additionally, the Test of Spoken English (TSE) may be required. Please see KUMC English Language Requirements for more details.
