Professional Background
Denney teaches primarily on the orthopedic tract. Her advanced degree in manipulative physiotherapy provides the opportunity for the students to learn clinical reasoning, examination and evaluation skills, as well as manual treatment intervention.

Denney is in charge of physical therapy services at the JayDoc Clinic. Operated by KUMC students and staff, this clinic provides health care services to uninsured and underserved populations in the Kansas City metro area.
